These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LCF Solutions LLC ("LCF Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), a Michigan limited liability company organized to provide financial education for clients. By accessing our website, requesting our educational resources, enrolling in our programs, or opting in to receive communications from us — including SMS/text messages — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or opt in to our communications. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3.7 No Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

4. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services or opting in to receive communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
